Definitions
- “Website” refers to all online content hosted on Eagle Book Publisher website.
- “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” denotes any individual placing an order for services or products,
either for themselves or another party.
- “Company,” “We,” or “Our” refers to Eagle Book Publisher, a registered entity under U.S. law.
- “Product” includes all services and products provided by Eagle Book Publisher per the Customer’s
Order.
- “Order” is any request for services or products made via phone or email, confirmed by payment
through credit card, cash receipt, or bank transfer.
REFUND POLICY
If the Client requests a refund before the Service Provider starts working on the project, 100%
of the payment will be refunded (transaction charges will be deducted). We do our best to
support the client and meet their demands. However, in case the resources are mobilized, the
customer is not eligible for a refund. Since our team always works with the client to fix any
concerns, our first priority will be facilitating customers with the required revision(s).
Refunds, if issued, take 5 to 15 days to appear on the customer’s end. A processing fee of USD
250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) will be applied in all situations. The
support staff will offer confirmation of acceptance for the refund request, which can only be
submitted using the original payment method used when placing the transaction. You will also get
a refund message via the email address you gave at the time of checkout. Please note our refund
policy in the following instances:
Change of Mind
We do not refund the amount once the project is initiated by our team. Our project managers
review the smallest details with the clients before assigning the projects to relevant teams.
Thus, we don’t facilitate refunds in case of a change of mind after order placement.
Low-Quality Delivery.
On a delivered product, a customer can only claim a refund under this reason once all the
following options are exhausted:
A. If the delivered product does not meet the customer’s requirement as documented at the time of
order placement even after revisions.
B. We are devoted to providing 100% satisfaction to our clients and give limitless changes to
guarantee satisfactory delivery. We assign, re-assign, and re-write your job to ensure total
satisfaction. Reserve FREE Pages for the future, but of the same worth, which you may use at any
moment. Suppose we are still unable to provide what you requested. In that case, a refund will
be issued based on a mutually agreed-upon proportion (but only when the delivery is completely
off the mark).
Late Delivery.
We believe in “On Time Delivery.” However, suppose we fail to deliver the requested service on
time after at least three tries from your side to reach us. In that case, your refund will be
granted if it is shown by documentation evidence that the late delivery was the company’s fault.
However, the company believes in sustainable employee dealing. Therefore, we give our team 10 to
15 days of grace time to deliver the project, depending on the nature of the incident that
caused the delay in project completion. Also, in case of a refund, we deduct the amount from the
total refund to compensate our team for the effort invested in the completed part of the
project.
External Influences.
External influences include natural disasters and calamities, which can hinder the project, and
these instances are out of our control. Thus, any delay or disconnection of communication will
not lead to a refund or refund claim.
Refund Time Frame.
The time frame for a refund is under 10 days of first submission or order delivery, subject to no
revisions a vailed. The company is not entitled to entertain a refund claim after the set time
frame.
A. Customers must consider the deadline for claiming a refund at the time of order placement.
B. In case of late delivery due to some minor technical errors, such as grammatical, typing, word
count, missing references etc.
C. No refund will be issued based on a low word count.
Copyright & Personal Use
The Products delivered to You are completely original content. The full copyright to the Products
and other materials delivered to you is retained by you and you alone. You agree to indemnify,
defend, and hold harmless the Company for any and all unauthorized uses you may make of any
material available made available to you by Company. Any unauthorized use of the delivered
Products and/or content of this Website may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.
No Plagiarism
We do not condone, encourage, or knowingly take part in plagiarism or any other acts of fraud or
dishonesty. We strongly adhere to and abide by all copyright laws, and will not knowingly allow
any Customer to commit plagiarism or violate copyright laws.
Neither the Company nor any of its affiliates and/or partners shall be liable for any unethical,
inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise wrongful use of the Products and/or other author material
received from our Website. This includes plagiarism, lawsuits, poor grading, expulsion, academic
probation, loss of scholarships/grants/prizes/titles/positions, failure, suspension, or
any other disciplinary or legal actions. The buyer of material from our Website is solely
responsible for any and all disciplinary actions arising from the improper, unethical, and/or
illegal use of the material.
Revision Policy
Editing Orders
We will revise edited content to resolve any objective or technical errors. Additional revisions are
provided at the Company’s discretion if no such errors remain.
Crafting Orders
Revisions will be made to sections of content until approved by the client. Once approved, further
revisions are charged at an editing rate.
Limitation of Liability
Eagle Book Publisher, along with its affiliates, employees, and partners, disclaims any liability for
issues arising from the use of this website or our services, including technical failures, delays,
or typographical errors. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from
your use of our services, including attorney fees or third-party claims arising from your use of our
products or violation of these terms.
For Crafting orders, revisions to specific sections will continue until the client’s approval,
after which further changes will be subject to an editing rate.
Eagle Book Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from or in any way connected to the use of this website or any
information provided herein. This limitation may vary depending on state or jurisdictional
restrictions.
Amendments
You acknowledge that Eagle Book Publisher may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. We
recommend checking this section periodically, as any changes will be reflected here.
